WHATMAN MILL wove paper, some with this watermark. also 4 etchings with Explication Topographique key to plates. the Neuchâtel scholar César-Henri Monvert wrote the descriptive text.  bound in contemporary full red leather which shows some signes of wear. new red leather title label. a.e.g. insc. from C.L.
